Our boutique, state-of-the-art winery in Kent on Hush Heath Estate was built in 2010 and allowed us to take full creative control of our wines and ciders. We have sourced bespoke wine making equipment including hand crafted, stainless steel tanks from Champagne and a bottling line from Italy.
Creating our bespoke laboratory, has allowed us to be experimental, agile, and develop enormously. Most important of all, we employed two dedicated and masterful professionals with years of experience of the winemaking process. Both Owen Elias and Victoria Ash bring richness and vibrancy to everything they create.
In the autumn, Hush Heath winery enjoys its busiest time of year and manages all of the apples and grapes from our land. None of our fruit has to travel long distances to the winery and we pride ourselves on producing a range of sparkling and still wines and ciders which are uniformly characterized by a clean, crisp, and lively personality with concentrated fruit. Our immaculate facilities, give us precise control over the winery pressing process and play an important role in this signature style.
