Our winemakers Owen Elias and Victoria Ash are the team behind this crisp, refreshing apple wine made from 100% Cox, Bramley and Egremont Russet apples, all grown and hand-picked at Hush Heath Estate.
The same temperature controlled stainless steel tanks used in our wine making are used for primary fermentation, resulting in clean, fresh apple aromas and flavours. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle using Champagne yeasts, contributing a soft, creamy mousse, and the wine is finished with our winemakers' own dosage adding weight, refreshing sweetness and complementary apple flavours.

Appearance: Pale gold.
Nose: Clean, crisp and very expressive with aromas of ripe green & red apple and citrus.
Palate: Light and low in alcohol, this is beautifully refreshing and moreish. The palate is bursting with concentrated orchard fruits and benefits from a delightfully creamy mousse. It finishes with a hint of sweetness and a clean, lingering, fresh apple character.
Cheeses or fruits. But also fabulous on its own.
