1503 refers to the year Hush Heath Manor was built. The Manor remains at the heart of the Estate today, overlooking 400 acres of stunning vineyards, orchards, gardens and woodlands.
This Traditional Method English sparkling is a real treat for the more adventurous wine lovers out there. Produced entirely from Pinot Noir and fermented in cool, stainless steel tanks to ensure clean varietal fruit character and aromatic intensity. Secondary fermentation in bottle is followed by a minimum of twelve months lees ageing.
Grape Varieties 100% Pinot Noir
Appearance: Bright, vibrant ruby red, with a fine sustained bead.
Nose: Extremely fresh with hints of Kentish strawberries, raspberries and cherries.
Palate: Dry with a delicate mousse and wellbalanced acidity. Red fruits, damsons and earthy notes dominate, rounding off with a pleasing tannic grip.
