Named after the vineyards’ ‘head dog’ Liberty. This wine is brim-full of Kentish vitality and flavour. Pale white gold with green highlights, an intense grassy and pineapple nose with hints of rose petal and citrus. Very Bacchus. Part barrel fermented with wild yeasts giving a complex palate, crisp fresh acidity, kiwi, apple, orange citrus all carried through on a long, clean, and beguiling finish. An ideal aperitif or food wine; try it with English asparagus, artichoke, salami, ham and oriental cuisine.
