Our flagship wine. Winner of multiple awards since its first vintage in 2014 and enjoyed around the World from the Savoy Hotel, in London to the Orient Express train. Balfour Brut Rosé is one of England’s most recognisable and respected wines.
A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier hand-picked from Oast House Meadow, the oldest vineyard at Hush Heaht Estate. Oast House Meadow was planted in 2002, specifically to make a World class sparkling rosé.
Made only in small quantities every year, Balfour Brut Rosé is a reflection of the vintage, a single vineyard and the signature Balfour style.
Palest pink with complex tangerine, citrus and summer berry fruit, vibrant English acidity, rich fruit and a refreshingly long finish. Uniquely Balfour.
Blend: 54% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot Meunier
Delicious, better than Champagne! Had a bottle of this at Hakkasan in Mayfair and was really impressed. I usually drink Billicart Salmon Rose but will keep my eyes out for this going forward, it's more fresh and easy to drink, and was great with the food
We absolutely loved our wine tasting tour. Kelly was attentive and knowledgable and we left feeling like wehad learned lots. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the vines. The wine was great too!!
Plump seared scallops and smoky chorizo are the perfect accompaniment to our Balfour Brut Rosé, balancing the fresh fruits and acidity with a moreish salty richness.
Balfour Brut Rosé 2010 awarded Gold and Balfour Brut Rosé 2009 awarded silver at the Decanter World Wine Awards
