Appearance: Pale salmon pink, with a fine bead and a sustained mousse
Nose: Very clean with notes of rosehip, red berry, herbs and pencil shavings
Palate: Bursting with ripe orchard and summer berry fruits
Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
Aged for: 48 months
Delicious, better than Champagne! Had a bottle of this at Hakkasan in Mayfair and was really impressed. I usually drink Billicart Salmon Rose but will keep my eyes out for this going forward, it's more fresh and easy to drink, and was great with the food
