Balfour Winery and our Cellar Door is open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm.
Please note that we are CLOSED on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. We will be open as usual, on all other days over the Christmas period.
Due to Health & Safety Risks children under 10 cannot go inside the winery, nor are they allowed on our Guided Tours. Only visitors over 18 will be able to taste the wines/beers/ciders available. We operate Challenge 25 when tasting and selling alcohol and proof of age may be required (passport/driving license/ PASS ID card ).
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to walk around the Estate (except guide dogs). However, well-behaved dogs are welcome on our downstairs terrace on a lead.
The tour will go ahead in all weather conditions. Please ensure you bring suitable outdoor clothing and footwear to walk around the estate.
Currently, under Covid restrictions we are not able to run our guided tours, however guests are welcome to do a self-guided tour. Where you can explore the estate at your own pace all year round from 11am-5pm (subject to spraying, please telephone 01622 832794 to check).

Self-guided tours can be taken every day between 10am and 5pm without booking (subject to spraying, please telephone 01622 832794 to check).
We offer free delivery on all orders over £80 to mainland UK, and charge £10 delivery for orders up to £80 to mainland UK addresses.
You can order online from www.hushheath.com. You can purchase directly through our Cellar Door shop and some of our wines are available through selected retailers.
We offer a shuttle bus service for private groups. This service must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and is subject to availability. Please call us to arrange this.
Should you be visiting the winery and joining a public tour please feel free to register your interest in our minibus share facility. Please note that for the mini bus to run we would require a minimum of 10 people. To register your interest please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org

Yes, Balfour Winery and our Cellar Door are open every day from 10am to 5pm from 1st October until 31st April.
Our tasting room, Cellar Door and toilets have good disabled access. Our upstairs mezzanine level is only accessible by stairs.
Trains run from London Bridge to Marden (the nearest train station) and Staplehurst approximately every half an hour. Please check www.thetrainline.com for train times and a live timetable.
Unfortunately, we are not able to hold weddings at Balfour Winery.
We promote sustainable travel to the Estate, but if you do choose to drive we have ample car parking, which is free. Balfour Winery cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by other visitors whilst using our car park. We also have an electric charging point for electric cars.
