Named after the producer’s wife, Leslie, this delicious, traditional-method, English sparkling wine is made from selected cuvées and blended for a young, fresh style.
Cool fermentation in our state- of-the-art stainless steel vats ensures a clean, varietal fruit character. Secondary fermentation in the bottle is followed by a minimum of twelve months lees ageing.
55% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier
Appearance: Bright gold with attractive pink highlights and a fine sustained bead.
Nose: Fresh and clean with hints of brioche and red apple.
Palate: Beautifully balanced with crisp acidity and a touch of sweetness. Refreshing flavours of lime and redcurrant.
Great with canapés, white meats or fish & chips.

Wines and ciders can only be ordered in cases of six and the minimum order is a six bottle case. You can choose from different 75cl products to create a mixed case of six.
Exceptions are Jake’s Kentish Cider which is sold in cases of 12 x 330ml bottles and cases of Jake’s Tree Apple Juice which are sold in cases of 12 x 75cl bottles.

Our winemakers Owen Elias and Victoria Ash are the team behind this crisp, refreshing apple rosé wine made from 100% Cox, Bramley and Egremont Russet apples, all grown and hand-picked at Hush Heath Estate.
Balfour Brut Rosé, "England's most exclusive pink fizz", is produced from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grown exclusively on Hush Heath Estate. It is a multi-award winning vintage English Quality Sparkling Wine crafted using the traditional method made famous in Champagne.
Production of magnums is limited to only a few hundred bottles each year, and each is numbered and signed by our winemaker.
